Payment:
You can make payment using any convenient method:
- At our offices – cash payment or via PrivatBank payment terminal
- Payment to a PrivatBank card via Privat24
- Payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro bank cards via Privat24 or LiqPay
- Bank transfer to the account of PE “Pivdenne Misto”
- Payment to the courier upon delivery
- Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (available only for products that do not require manufacturing, cutting, or special packaging. For example, LED strips are shipped only in full 5-meter reels. Alternatively, a 50% prepayment of the total order value is required.)

Goods are shipped on a prepayment basis:
- For small orders, products in stock, and ready for shipment – 100% prepayment
- For orders requiring preparation for more than one week – 70% upon order placement and 30% when the order is ready

Delivery
Delivery of goods throughout Ukraine:
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out at the buyer’s expense.
You can order delivery directly to your door.
Products are delivered via the transportation company “Nova Poshta”.
Order preparation times:
- 1–3 business days if the product is in stock and does not require manufacturing.
- Up to six weeks if the product is supplied to order from manufacturers.
- Up to six weeks if the product requires manufacturing (timeframes are agreed upon with the company manager).
We provide free delivery to Nova Poshta branches in Odesa.
Transportation company services are paid upon receipt.
The delivery cost depends on dimensions, weight, and distance.
Collection in Odesa: from the warehouse of PE “Pivdenne Misto”, 52/1 Balkivska Street. Delivery within Odesa is arranged with the manager.
Collection in Kyiv by prior arrangement with our managers: pick-up from the office at 150A Akademika Zabolotnoho Avenue, Office 93. Delivery within Kyiv is also available.
International shipments are available via courier and transportation companies by agreement.
For shipments through carriers, we require the exact company name or recipient’s full name, as well as contact phone numbers.
Any contact information you provide (such as your name, email address, or phone number) will not be used for any improper purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
The carrier is responsible for the safety and integrity of goods during transportation.
