Return conditions:
In accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection", buyers of our store have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from us within 14 days after purchase.
Please note - only new goods that have not been used are subject to exchange or return; have no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.; the product is in good condition; the packaging, labels, factory marking are not damaged.
If the goods do not work, the exchange or return of the goods is carried out only if there is a conclusion from a service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions have not been violated. Exchange or return of goods is carried out exclusively in our offices at the following address:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: custom-made goods, cut-to-size goods, goods in damaged packaging and/or not in a marketable form
Please note! When returning oversized goods: goods weighing more than 2 kg and longer than 1 meter, a penalty in the amount of transportation costs will be charged.
