Operating principle.
The principle of operation of a capacitive switch is based on the existence of an electrostatic field. It also fills the space around the sensor. When the capacity in this field changes (a person brings his hand to the switch), the sensor is triggered and turns on the light.
Application.
Wherever a hidden switch is needed for convenience, to comply with design, to comply with moisture resistance or vandalism:
- Kitchen.
-Bathroom, toilet.
-Laboratories, hospitals.
-Workshops.
-Transport.
- Backlighting of mirrors and furniture.
Installation:
- for surfaces made of non-conductive materials: wood, glass, plastic.
- On the visible surface, opposite the sensor, you can place an image or sticker indicating the switch contact zone.
- Double-sided 3M tape is applied to the sensor surface for mounting.
- Connect according to the markings on the wires.
**When testing, do not hold the sensor in your hand and touch the touch surface.
